Ordering is very simple:-
Step 1 - Create An Account/Sign in
- Register yourself @ our website through the Create an account and fill up the registration form. If you are already our member just sign in.
Step 2 - Made Your Order
- Browse through our categories product list at the left hand side of our website or new product
- Click on the products that you interested and if you confirm you like the product then you may click "Add To Cart" and put in the quantity you want just next to the Add to Cart button.
- You may continue shopping in our website and repeat the above step.
- If you have done all your shopping simply click "View your shopping cart"
- Then proceed to click the "Calculate Shipping and Handling Fees" and select the State that you want us to send the product to you and click "calculate shipping".
- Select the categories under the "Shipping Method". Simply click on the categories provided. If you have 1-2 items on cart, just click on the 1-2 items button and so on.
Step 3 - Check Out
- If you have confirmed all your shopping. Please click "Proceed to Checkout".
- If the billing and shipping address is the same as the address you had registered with us, then just click "Bill and ship to this address".
- If you want to bill to a different billing address, simple click on the selection and fill in the details.
- Select on the Shipping Method based on how many items you want to purchase.
- Last "Order Confirmation", you may put your comments and instruction to us if required in the box provided.
- Click and confirm you agree to our Terms and Conditions
- Join our mailing list to keep you posted on the latest fashion and new arrival on our site.
- Click "Continue"
- "Thanks for your order" and an email confirmation on your order will be sent to the email address you registered with us together with the details on your order.
Step 4 - Awaiting Stock Availability Email/SMS
- A Email/SMS will be sent to you to confirm on your order and stock availability. Once we confirm got the stock you may proceed with the payment under Step 5 below.
Step 5 - Make Payment
- Please bank in your payment to us within 3 days from the date of your order confirmations. Failing which your order will be canceled.
- Our bank details are included in the email confirmation sent earlier.
- After bank-in, please email us at sales@eclipseboutique.com or sms to 016-2100 336 with the following details:-
1. Order reference no.
2. Your name and contact no.
3. Payment amount and indicate Maybank/Public Bank.
4. Payment method: Cash, Cheque or Online
5. Date and time of bank in
6. Cheque number if payment by cheque
Please note that your order will be process only after the cheque is cleared, cash is deposited or payment is received.
Step 6 - Order Delivery to you
- After we confirmed the payment is received, we will send your order through Poslaju to you.
- A tracking number will be email to you. You may trace your parcel @ Poslaju Tracking
- Parcel will be post on every Monday and Thursday.
- If your payment is confirmed between Wednesday after 3pm - Saturday before 3pm, your parcel will be post on the following Monday.
- If your payment is confirmed between Saturday after 3pm - Wednesday before 3pm, your parcel will be post on the following Thursday.
